We were in New York City for 2 days, had great stay, the hotel was fairly clean with perfect location close to subway. Everything was simply great.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Brooklyn. the staff was very polite and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions. the room was comfortable, with a nice big TV and a refrigerator, which was a practical addition. the location was great, close to downtown Brooklyn and some good restaurants. the bathroom had good water pressure, making it convenient for guests.

One thing that could be improved is the speed of the elevator, which was a bit slow at times. it would be better if the rooms were cleaned more frequently than every 3 days, as some guests might prefer a daily cleaning service.

Had a very very good stay for boys vacation. The breakfast had plenty of food, like fresh fruit and pancakes. I really enjoyed that the room was neat with microwave. The staff were both respectful and attentive. The location was amazing, close to Union Hall❤

Tbh, Wi-Fi was bad and the bathroom was horrible.

The room was small with no proper window, making it dark and cramped. Worn-out furnishings and noisy windows disturbed sleep. The location was good with friendly staff, but overpriced. Dirty clothes in the room, malfunctioning phone, and slow elevator marred the experience. However, the comfortable bed and decent bathroom offered some respite during a solo trip.

Would recommend and would stay there again, it was a really good stay. It is a budget property located in Gowanus district adjacent to transport links, downtown Brooklyn, restaurants. Hot breakfast, fantastic service. There's free parking available and free internet too.

The hotel has a very good location. There is one subway line to Manhattan very quickly. Besides, living in Brooklyn has its good points - to see another neighborhood with less touristic character. In front of the hotel there is a nice BBQ restaurant, and a few blocks away the whole street is full of restaurants from all over the world.

Breakfast is of medium quality, but is included in the price. Coffee and tea are available at any time.

It is located in a nice neighborhood, very quiet and clean, no noise,.the hotel is very clean.the room is small but it is NY, so as you do not spend there, no problem, the breakfast is very good,.there are places to eat well nearby, we discovered a very good artisan pizzeria in the corner,.we had a small inconvenience with the payment, but it was fixed soon..the train station in the corner is wonderful because you do not delay in arriving at Manhattan and you return late and tired and it does not take you more than five minutes to walk and you arrived at the hotel.

Hotel very well located in Brooklyn, 50 meters from Union Street (R) subway station direct Mahattan, a few hundred meters from Barclay's Center and in front of the super restaurant Dinosaur BBQ. The doors of the rooms are badly soundproofed, a small joint could improve the thing. One can sometimes be bothered and by the noise but also the light of the common parts visible from the interior of the room. No bath towels put in place during the cleaning the day before check-out?????

I always return for excellent service and a problem-free stay. Staff promptly resolved an issue one night. The hotel has everything I need including Wi-Fi, late check-in, laundry, and breakfast. I'll be back for Christmas!
